Our core activity is direct investment in UK construction and property. We take positions we understand thoroughly, working closely with contractors, developers, and advisers we know well.

We are unhurried by nature. Each position is held with close oversight and a long horizon, favouring durable quality over short-term movement.

Where the right partners and the right terms align, we participate in real estate co-investment structures. We prefer arrangements in which responsibilities are clear and interests are genuinely aligned.

We are selective, entering a small number of positions rather than pursuing scale for its own sake. The relationship matters as much as the asset.

A distinct legal vehicle for this UAE co-investment activity is currently in formation. It is intended purely as a structure for co-investment and does not represent an established UAE base for the firm.

Kershaw Holdings itself maintains no office or premises in the UAE.
