Selected milestones
2014
Kershaw Holdings Ltd is founded in England and Wales as a private investment holding company focused on UK construction and property.
2018
The firm broadens into selective real estate co-investment, developing structures alongside a small number of trusted partners.
2023
Kershaw Holdings begins evaluating selected UAE real estate co-investment opportunities, retaining Point Three Advisory FZCO for on-the-ground coordination.
2026
In May 2026, Edward Musgrave Kershaw travelled to Abu Dhabi in connection with the firm’s co-investment activity, meeting partners and visiting sites.
